The Work
One on One Sacred Breathwork Journey
The Sacred Breath Method is a powerful and potent breath to bring one deeper into body, mind, heart and soul. Sacred Breath is led by feminine principles of softening and relaxing into one’s own breath. The approach is gentle, trauma informed, supportive and restorative to the parasympathetic nervous system. Using a conscious connected breath, with nose inhalation, and mouth exhalation, the body begins to oxygenate, creating a physiological and chemical shift in the body. It's during this time that one can begin to tap into what has been suppressed and repressed, supporting one into deep surrender, un-armoring, dismantling conditioned beliefs, fears, behaviors and thoughts. This work can feel vulnerable. Sharing in a one on one journey, the breather is held in a safe container, free of judgement and distractions others.

Group Sacred Breathwork Journey
Breathing within a group setting offers an experience with more energy, dynamic and support from those around us. Within group journey containers, we have the ability to heal together, to see that we are not alone on this journey, and embrace the support that those around us can offer. In breathing with the conscious connected breath, we increase oxygen levels, and begin to activate various areas of the brain. When accessing these areas of the brain, we begin to create new neural pathways, leading to deeper insights and heightened clarity within. This work allows us to meet the sacred root of unresolved emotional imprints, which can lead to greater harmony, integration and healing of self.
